This Standard Template License (“License”, "Agreement") governs your purchase and use of any Showit template, Canva template, or digital design template (“Product”) sold by Feather & Sage Design, LLC (“Licensor,” “We,” or “Us”), offered on featherandsagedesign.com or shopfeatherandsagedesign.com.

By purchasing, downloading, or using any template, You (the "Purchaser") agree to be legally bound by this License. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not purchase, download, install, or use any of the products. Any rights not expressly granted to you under this Agreement are reserved by Feather & Sage Design, LLC.

1. LICENSE GRANT—What you CAN do

Upon full payment, You are granted a single-use, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Product for:

• One (1) website, brand, or project
• Personal or commercial use
• Use for your own business or for one (1) client project

You may:

• Edit, customize, or modify the template to suit your brand or client needs
• Add your own branding, content, images, and layout adjustments
• Use add-ons or third-party tools to customize the final design

However:

• Modified versions remain covered by this License and do not grant you any new ownership or redistribution rights (in whole or in part).
• If using the template for a client, a separate license is required for each client.

2. RESTRICTIONS – What You CANNOT Do

To protect the originality of these designs, You are not permitted to:

• Resell, share, distribute, gift, or transfer the template files in any form
• Claim the design as your own original work
• Use the template to create new templates, themes, or digital products for resale
• Reuse the same license for multiple websites, clients, or brand projects
• Upload the template to marketplaces, sharing platforms, or template libraries
• Allow clients, VA’s, subcontractors, or team members to reuse or repurpose the template beyond the one licensed project

Each new use requires purchasing an additional license. Any questions, feel free to reach out.

3. DESIGNERS, DEVELOPERS & SERVICE PROVIDERS

If You are using this template for a client:

• You must purchase one license per client
• Your client must agree to this License
• Your client may not reuse the template beyond the licensed project

Multi-seat or agency use requires an Extended License. Contact us if needed.

4. REQUIRED SITE CREDIT

All templates include a small site credit in the footer, something like:

“Site by Feather & Sage”

By using this template, You agree that:

• The credit must remain visible and intact on all published versions of the website
• You may not remove, alter, minimize, or hide the credit without written permission from Feather & Sage Design

Clients must also comply with this requirement.

5. OWNERSHIP & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All templates, design assets, layouts, and digital content remain the exclusive intellectual property of Feather & Sage Design, LLC.

Purchasing a license grants You usage rights only — it does not transfer ownership or provide exclusive rights.

6. REFUNDS

Due to the digital nature of the digital products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

If you have any technical issue, I will of course do everything possible to remedy the situation. If you have questions before purchasing, please reach out so you can shop confidently.

7. PRODUCT DELIVERY

All Feather & Sage Design, LLC products are delivered digitally. No physical items will be shipped. Once downloaded, it is the Purchaser’s responsibility to save and securely back up all digital files. Feather & Sage Design, LLC is not responsible for lost, damaged, or deleted files after delivery.

8. SUPPORT & RESOURCES

Your purchase includes:

• Access to any included setup guides, links to Showit support docs, and/or instructions for installation with your unique keycode
• Limited troubleshooting email support for file-related issues

Not included:

• Custom design services
• Showit technical support
• Canva training
• Installation, copywriting, or branding assistance

Support is provided at our discretion.

9. LICENSE TERMINATION

Your license will be immediately revoked if You:

• Breach any part of this agreement, or
• Misuse, distribute, or improperly share the Product

If terminated, You must:

• Stop using the Product
• Delete all copies from your devices, cloud storage, and backups

10. GOVERNING LAW

This License is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA.

Any disputes will be handled exclusively in the courts of Hall County, Georgia.
